How do I calculate the right size urn?

The general industry rule is simple: 1 pound of healthy body weight = 1 cubic inch of cremated remains.

  • Example:If your loved one weighed 200 lbs, you need an urn with at least 200 cubic inches of space.

Most of our adult urns (including the Heritage Wood Collection) hold 218+ cubic inches, making them a safe fit for nearly any adult.

What if I am on the borderline of the size limit?

How fast will my order arrive?

Because each memorial is meticulously crafted and undergoes our rigorous White Glove Inspection™ before leaving our workshop, we prioritize quality over speed.

  • Standard Global Air Shipping:Typically takes 7–15 days.
  • Processing Time:Please allow 1-3 days for us to finalize personalization and prepare your memorial for safe travel.

Our Promise: Although it travels a long distance to reach you, we personally keep a close eye on your order daily. We believe a forever memorial is worth the short wait to ensure it arrives perfect.

Do you ship directly to Funeral Homes?
  • We can, but given the international shipping timeline, we strongly recommend shipping to your home address instead.
  • Why?Shipping to your home gives you the control to receive the package personally.

The Benefit: It allows you to open the box in a quiet space, inspect the urn using your Ceremony Care Kit™, and ensure everything is exactly as you envisioned before bringing it to the funeral director. It adds a layer of peace and personal care to the process.

Do you ship to PO Boxes or Military Addresses?
  • PO Boxes:Yes, for Jewelry and small Keepsakes. For full-size urns, a physical street address is required for secure delivery and signature confirmation.
  • Military (APO/FPO): We are honored to serve military families. Please allow extra time (often 2-4 weeks) as these shipments must be handled via specific military mail channels.
Is the packaging discreet?

Yes. We understand the need for privacy. Our shipping boxes are plain and unbranded on the outside, so neighbors or visitors won’t know the contents.
